USAGE

As an owner of a fraction, you will be entitled to five one-week “usage blocks” per year. Each year is divided into two semesters, summer and winter. You will choose your five usage blocks based on a priority rating system. Each usage block will begin on Tuesday afternoon and end on the following Tuesday morning. You will select your five usage blocks three months prior to the approaching fiscal year. During your usage block, you have exclusive use of the cabin. No one else will come to the property (even to access their secure storage locker).

One of the benefits of owning a vacation home is being able to share it with others.  You may invite guests, accompanied or not, to enjoy your second home.  If unaccompanied, the guests will just need to fill out the rental agreement and leave a security deposit with the property manager.  If you have an assigned usage block that you are unavailable for, you can call the property manager and put your usage block in the space available pool.  Conversely, you will be able to check for space available usage blocks at anytime.

Another option available is to rent your usage block(s).  If you choose to rent, you will need to let the property manager know.  The only charge you or your guests are responsible for is the housekeeping charge due at the end of each stay.
