Is a Fraction a time-share?
No. Fraction owners have a deeded piece of real estate while most time-shares do not offer true ownership. As a fraction owner you will have exclusive use of the property during your vacations. You will not be sharing your vacation home with many other guests. And as a fraction owner, you will enjoy coming to your home each vacation and will not be subject to a rotating floor plan typical of most time-shares. |
